Furnished in the 1930’s style this villa is located just 200 metres from the main beach at Forte dei Marmi, in a lovely residential area called Roma Imperiale (the 2nd street back from the sea), in a very private, quiet road and home to just a few large important villas. Having said that, the villa is still extremely close to the main town centre and the famous coffee bar Morin.
There are 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total.
On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with a shower, 2 “kids” bedrooms (or for staff) with a shower. On the first floor (you have to climb a few stairs to get to this level) there are 2 double bedrooms, one is decorated in yellow and has a terrace, and the other one is green). There are a further 2 bedrooms, one white and one pink. There is also a dependence reserved for the staff (gardener, maid).
