Location:

Villa is situated in Amalfi, in a very quite and uber-panoramic position, a 5 minute walk from the town centre.  The property is an ancient monastery completed restored with taste and sense of proportions.  A small path and about 100 steps lead directly to the property.  The beach of Amalfi is reachable in 5 minutes on foot.   

Ground Floor:

Outside: A large terrace with an aromatic lemon & orange garden boasts a gorgeous view along the Amalfi Coast.  The terrace is divided into various areas: the sunbathing area with young grass equipped with sun lounge charis and an external shower, another area with breakfast tables, comfortable chairs and benches decorated with varicoloured, handmade Vietri ceramic tiles; and the covered part of the terrace - the outside dining area - boasts a pizza oven and sink and is equipped with tables and long ceramic benches and chairs with a lot of seating space.  This area has a plenty of light at night and is just perfect for external dining or a party.

Inside: The main entrance of the villa leads to the foyer with a small panoramic balcony and a dining room with a precious wooden table suitable for 8 people.  The dining room accesses (by 3 steps) a specious and beautifully tiled, fully equipped kitchen that boasts a large refrigerator/freezer, toaster, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a large oven. The kitchen enjoys direct access to the outside covered dining area.

The living room is divided into two spacious areas, both elegantly furnished with a sofa, armchairs and tables and enjoying a big flat screen TV. There is an internet corner with a computer (WI-FI connection only in the lounge area and vicinity); it is impossible not to note the beautifully hand-painted ceilings and characteristic ceramic floor tiles indigenous of the region.  The living room enjoys 270° sea views, balconies, and an access to the terrace through a set of panoramic French doors. There is a ½ bathroom (toilet and sink only) here as well.

A set of 20 steps up from the living room lead you to the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and its own spacious terrace with a spectacular view of the coast. This bedroom is perfect for those seeking complete privacy.

First Floor:

15 steps down from the living/dining room bring you to the first level that enjoys 5 double bedrooms and 2 suites.  All bedrooms are comfortably furnished and enjoy beautiful Vietri ceramic tiles everywhere. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and wonderful coastal views from their windows & balconies.  Satellite TV with flat screen, air conditioning, and safes are among the facilities found in the bedrooms.  The first floor can also be independently accessed from the trail leading to the property.

Second Floor:

A set of 11 steps leads to the second floor where 4 bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) abound. All of these bedrooms are relatively standard in size, offering Mediterranean style furnishings with air conditioning, a safe, and a flat screen TV.  All rooms have either windows or a balcony and a small refrigerator.

Third Floor:

11 more steps down lead to the third and final floor where there are 2 more cosy, double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.  One of the bedrooms offers a lounge area as well.

The 2nd and 3rd floors can also be independently accessed from the trail leading to the property through its small vineyard.

Notes:

This villa can be rented either with 8 or with 12 rooms.

All the bedrooms can become twin bedrooms.

In order to maintain the original monastery’s characteristic, the stone walls were left authentic.
