Villa  is located about a 15-minute walk from Capri’s main, infamous town square, the Piazzetta.  This villa lies on a promontory on the eastern part of the island, surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation including prickly pears, agave bushes, and olive trees.  The property offers unparalleled privacy, space, and tranquility.

Description:

Villa dates back to the end of 1800 when it was a countryside house, residence of farmers coming from Sorrento.  Today, this property has been beautiful  renovated in all its parts with modern facilities, yet keeping  its original, antique architecture typical to Capri, including hand-made majolica floor tiles, hip- roofs, arches, and white lime walls.

Some of the elements which make this villa special include its large windows illuminating the property and filling the villa with natural light, it’s pool (a less common feature on Capri), and its beautiful garden with lemon , olive, and fig trees.

A terrace with a beautiful view of the Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean lead into the pool, as we find a very large patio equipped with an external kitchen.  The terrace bathroom with separate men’s and women’s dressing rooms make the pool area totally independent from the rest of the house.

Many external spaces, including the roof terrace, offer beautiful spots for al fresco dining while admiring the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast.

There are up six bedrooms, each one with different peculiarities:

BEDROOM 1: Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with small terrace and antique furniture.

BEDROOM 2: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Blue and white hand-made majolica tiles referencing the color of the sea and the large terrace perfect for morning breakfast. This bedroom also boasts direct access to the terrace leading down to the pool.

BEDROOM 3: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Here is where you can enjoy meals under its large olive tree.
