It has pretty soft colours on the walls and the furniture and furnishings have all been specially selected to create a chic, modern home with a Provencal feel. Ground floor: The main entrance is into a large hallway with a pretty spiral staircase up to the first floor. Off the hall is a ground floor double bedroom with en suite marble bathroom with bathtub and a shower mounted inside the bath. To the left of the hall is a spacious lounge with 3 arched French doors that open onto the garden.
There is an open fireplace and satellite TV and HI FI. Off the lounge is a large covered patio with outdoor furniture.
To the right of the hall is a very spacious, well equipped kitchen with a central dining table for 10 guests and an open fireplace. There are 3 doors that open onto the garden and a large covered patio with outdoor furniture for dining “al fresco”.

First Floor: The wide, curved staircase leads to the first floor where there is a pretty landing with a circular window overlooking the garden and two niches with matching busts (statues) on either side of the window.
Off the top landing is a pretty study, which opens onto a balcony. There is a hallway that leads to a spacious Master suite with a double bedroom with wooden floor. It has a marble bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk in shower. To this side of the villa there is also a twin bedroom with en suite marble bathroom with a bathtub and shower mounted on the wall above the bath.
On the other side of the landing there is a single bedroom with a wrought iron bed (French bed) and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Basement : There is a very spacious living room with 50 inch flat screen TV, home theatre and HI FI system. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite marble bathroom with shower.
