Pretty villa with heated pool in Forte dei Marmi, located in an area called Vaiana just 1.9-2 km from the sea.

This modern villa, renovated in 2009, is open on all 4 sides and set in a large garden with heated swimming pool to the rear. The villa sleeps 9 people (10 if there are 2 children in the group) in a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 4 full bathrooms and one guest bathroom (toilet only).

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room elegantly furnished with two sofas, TV area, dining table, where the floor is in fabulous, white Carrara marble and doors lead out onto the patio area, garden and pool area. The kitchen is brand new with marble surfaces and completely well equipped. There is alos a downstairs toilet. The stairs are in white Carrara marble that lead up to the next floor.

On this floor you will find 3 bedrooms, two are doubles, one with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is decorated in white marble and has a shower. The third bedroom has a French size bed (it can sleep 1 adult or 2 children). There is a further white marble bathroom with shower and tub. The floors of the bathrooms are in decorative marble with geometrical shapes, the floors in the bedrooms are new polished parquet. The windows look out onto the swimming pool and are very decorative. They are double windows with an arch in the middle.

On the lower level the windows are large, there is a further living room with two sofas, a kitchen corner, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a laundry room.

The villa is wonderfully decorated in white Carrara marble. The owner works in the marble industry so rest assured the villa has been wonderfully built and the marble is of top quality.

Outdoors: the patio which surrounds the living room is an elegant loggia with arches made of wooden beams. The patio is divided into a dining area and a relaxation area with sofas and sun loungers. Surrounding the patio there are coloured lightweight curtains which give the villa an exotic feel.

The patio leads onto another outdoor paved area which leads to the heated pool area which is approx, 9 x 4 mts. with an elegant oval descent into the water. The area is surrounded by several sun loungers and chairs for relaxation and sunbathing. The villa has amazing views towards the Apuane hills.

The garden is perfectly looked area with splendid rose patches and is very private. There is plenty of shade too. To one side there are lots of fruit trees and plenty of parking – covered and uncovered areas.
