On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, with EN-Suite bathrooms. In one of the bedrooms has a TV.
On the first floor: living room, hallway with wardrobe, guest toilet,
dining room, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes,with EN-Suite bathrooms. In one of the bedrooms has a safe.
On the second floor: TV-lounge and study. There are Internet, phone, printer.
From the 3rd floor there is access to a small terrace with Jacuzzi outdoors.

Outdoors: large pool heated (!), patio, terrace , barbecue, dining table, chairs and sunbeds.
For kids: large selection of toys in the house, the swing set outside, a plastic house on the street.

The beach is a 10-15 minute walk. Two beaches on opposite sides of the Cape: one sandy, the second pebble. Officially the season ends on the French Riviera 14 October. You can swim until mid-October.

As for the weather: in January the average temperature of 9-12 C. Frequent rains. Since the end of March, the weather is beautiful, the average temperature is 20-25 C, in the morning and evening cool, 10-15C. In June 25 on average. The hottest months are July and August 25-18C by day, but a huge plus is that in the morning and in the evening pleasantly cool. September - October 15-20C with a chance of rain. November - December, 15C, sometimes rainy. Overall, the weather is very comfortable, especially for staying with children.
