Over Yonder Cay is located in the Exuma Chain in southern part of The Bahamas just 265 (425km) miles southeast of Florida, just 70 miles (110km) from Nassau and Great Exuma, both of which are just 30 minutes away by seaplane. Villa 1
Perched on the island's central hilltop with dramatic panoramic views of the area, Minoan-inspired this Villa sleeps up to eight guests in four suites. This villa's accommodation includes a 2,300sqft (214sqm) master suite with viewing tower, private garden, dressing room, salon and spacious bathroom. The three 663sqft (62sqm) guest suites each have a private courtyard and terrace.

Villa 2
A few steps from Whale Bone Beach, Villa 2 sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. Its beachside location is capitalized on with outdoor dining and lounging space, a fire pit, hot tub and floor- to-ceiling windows facing west. Master suite is 682sqft (58sqm), the 562sqft (52sqm) guest suite includes an independent lounging area and balcony. Downstairs, the villa's two 265sqft (25sqm) bedrooms share a Hollywood bathroom.

Villa 3
Villa 3 sleeps six to eight guests in four bedrooms. A modern-traditional decor is complemented by the villa's extensive poolside lounging. The villa's 546sqft (51sqm) and 413sqft (38sqm) suites lead to wraparound balconies with additional seating. The two 352sqft (33sqm) guest bedrooms have queen beds and single-sleeping lofts that are perfect for kids; they share a Hollywood bathroom.

Villa 4
Located on the southern tip of the island, Villa 4 sleeps six guests in three rooms. Flanked by shallow waters teeming with aquatic life, the villa enjoys spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. Its lower floor features a game room to entertain kids and grown-ups alike. The villa's 550sqft (51sqm) master suite opens directly onto the wraparound balcony and hot tub, and the two 269sqft (25sqm) bedrooms share a bathroom.

Beach Pavilion & Marina
Over Yonder Cay's private deep water marina can dock multiple yachts over 100ft (30m) in length with 13ft (4m) draft, including those up to 180ft (55m). Use of the marina is available to the island's guests alone, offering complete privacy.
